ABOUT THE FAIR
The Harz Mineral and Fossil Fair is a long-established trade and public exhibition that transforms the Stadthalle in Clausthal-Zellerfeld into a vibrant center of geological diversity every autumn. Organized by the Montangeological Association Harz (Montangeologischer Verein Harz e. V.), the fair has, for many years, brought together collectors, dealers, scientists, and enthusiasts of the geosciences from across the German-speaking world. It is a firmly established date in the calendar of the scene – notable for its unique combination of regional heritage and international offerings.
At the heart of the fair are carefully curated mineral specimens from around the globe – including crystals with extraordinary growth forms, rare mineral clusters, and scientifically significant pieces.
